As a member of ORM's (Office Risk Management) Executive Leadership Team, this Digital Leader will be responsible for leading ORM through the next wave of digital transformation. This includes accelerating our adoption and use of existing digital solutions with a focus on people, processes and technology. The ORM Digital Leader will define and oversee the execution of the vision to digitally enable ORM, and better leverage technology, data, and talent to improve processes and bring greater value and experience to our talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Development and oversight of ORM's digital strategy and execution
  • Develop and successfully implement ORM's Digital strategy that integrates with the firm's Digital strategy.
  • Member of the Digital Integration Group (DIG)
  • Partner with ORM leaders to deliver a digital strategy, identify innovative strategies to make ORM easier to do business with while managing risks to the firm.
  • Efficiently manage projects and initiatives ensuring solid ROI

Includes:
  • Leading the development of ORM's digital strategy
  • Making ORM easier to do business with
  • Ensuring cross LOB and functional collaboration to allow for Digital Velocity
  • Membership in IT Steering Committee
  • Membership in the Business Planning Committee
  • Membership in the Firm strategy leadership team

Qualifications & Experience
  • Global systems integrator, Big Four or similar consulting background focused on risk management solutions with 10+ years of experience
  • Strong experience creating and managing strategic digital roadmaps with a budget upwards of $10M
  • Experience leading all different types of software development teams and roles in a collaborate environment
  • Ability to manage all different IT roles, some of which are direct and indirect reports
  • Firm understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process
  • Eloquent communication skills and ability to communicate with technical and non -technical audience
  • Strong team building, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead geographically distributed teams
