About the Role
As a Remote Pharmacist supporting Minnesota medical cannabis dispensaries, you will play an essential role in ensuring compliant patient care, medication counseling, accurate documentation, and regulatory oversight in alignment with Minnesota Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC) requirements.
This role is fully remote, part-time, and ideal for a licensed Minnesota Pharmacist who wants to support compliant patient operations without needing to be on-site. This is a high-accountability position for someone who values accuracy, compliance, patient trust, and medical professionalism within a rapidly evolving industry.
Compensation: $5,000/month (part-time, remote)
What You'll Do
  • Provide pharmacist availability during designated remote coverage windows to comply with Minnesota medical cannabis dispensing rules.
  • Conduct patient consultations virtually, including:
    • Reviewing medical histories
    • Advising on interactions, contraindications, and product suitability
    • Supporting dosage and titration guidance
  • Ensure documentation, patient notes, and state reporting are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Minnesota OMC pharmacist role requirements, HIPAA, and company SOPs.
  • Partner with dispensary operations to ensure all patient encounters meet safe, secure, compliant standards aligned with company values.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, leveraging technology and efficient workflows to optimize pharmacist-patient interactions.
  • Provide medical and compliance guidance to on-site retail and patient care teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMC requirements, best practices, and clinical cannabis pharmacology.
Who You Are

You demonstrate strong clinical judgment, uphold high standards of integrity, and bring a work ethic aligned with our company values including accountability, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
You thrive in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and use technology effectively to deliver safe, compliant patient support.
Why Join Us
You'll be part of an organization that takes pride in providing safe, compliant, dependable service for medical cannabis patients across Minnesota.
