The Account Manager will be the strategic partner cannabis brands rely on to grow their presence on the platform - turning campaign data into actionable plans, building relationships that drive long-term revenue, and becoming the expert partners trust to navigate a rapidly evolving landscape. We're looking for someone with media experience and a consultative approach who is excited to join a growing team with real career upside.
We're a remote-friendly team at Jane Technologies, with people working across the U.S. and Canada.
Responsibilities
  • Develop deep knowledge of each partner's brand story, goals, and media strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance data to craft actionable growth plans and recommendations
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with brand partners
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline reporting, surface insights, and scale personalized partner communication
  • Implement creative ways to improve our brand relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote the Jane suite of products
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Analytics, and Product teams to help prioritize customer needs regarding features, service, support, and collateral
  • Own a revenue quota, driving upsell and renewal growth across your brand portfolio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
  • Experience with CRM platforms and familiarity with ad serving platforms
  • Proficiency manipulating data in Excel through pivot tables and VLOOKUPS
  • In depth knowledge of the digital marketing and ad tech landscape, with an understanding of basic media math
  • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective discovery, objection handling, and competitive selling
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients and influencing C-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
$75,000 - $97,500 a year
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$97,500 with an On Target Earnings of  $100,000-$130,000 (75/25 split) annually in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs. The range of a role and compensation provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop at Jane.
