Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect those needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, taking into consideration the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, offering continuous support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy—tailored to meet each client's needs.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to create rapport and foster therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professional understanding of the challenges faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseload and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing remote therapy or counseling services, especially through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Background in working with diverse populations and various mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per annum, dependent on caseload and experience.
