Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, drawing insights from their experiences and challenges.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring adaptability to each client's preferences and feedback.
  • Engage in individual therapy sessions using secure telehealth tools, guiding clients through therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to inform ongoing treatment decisions.
  • Serve as a source of support and encouragement for clients, assisting them in setting realistic therapeutic goals, and providing guidance throughout their healing journey.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborative case reviews to foster a learning culture and improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The population served includes individuals facing a diverse array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, reflecting the rich cultural tapestry of the Worcester area and beyond. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
  • Empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload and maintain documentation remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with adult clients, particularly in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Specialized training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of USD 80,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
