Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives for a leading insurance client. In person client collaboration is important for this role and there is an on client site requirement 4 days a week.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines
  • Lead resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent initiatives, optimizing allocation and utilization
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to forecast demand, identify gaps, and mitigate risks
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Drive cross-functional coordination, removing roadblocks and ensuring delivery excellence
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in health insurance or healthcare environments
  • Proven experience managing resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred

Location Requirement:
  • Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA four days per week
