Product Owner – Expression of Interest

Key Skills amp; Qualifications We’re Looking For:

  • Agile Product Ownership: Proven experience defining user stories, prioritizing team backlogs, and leading iteration planning in Agile and SAFe environments.

  • Collaboration amp; Communication: Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to align stakeholders and development teams around shared goals.

  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, Miro, Trello, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint. GitHub and Red Hat OpenShift experience is a plus.

  • Business Analysis: At least 3 years of experience translating business needs into functional requirements.

  • Federal Experience: Prior work supporting U.S. Federal organizations is preferred but not required.

  • Clearance: Must be eligible for a U.S. Federal government background check; security clearance preferred.
