Location: Dallas or Chicago (Remote)
Candidates Must Have Experience:
- Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies.
- Must come from Healthcare Background who has worked with RPA Tools within Medicare background
- Business Analyst who can work with and manage expectations of Business Teams & Development Teams
- Experience with creating both "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
- An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.
- Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).
- The ability to quickly identify and address issues. Effectively interact with both business and technical teams
