Job description

A3 is seeking an RPA Developer to support a Federal client. As an RPA Developer, you will work closely with federal program team and IT contractor support team to support the goals of the program, its clients and the overall mission. If you have a passion for helping clients and are looking to be a key player in a fast-growing, innovative company, this role is for you.
In this job you will:
  • Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Implement automation scripts to replicate and improve manual business processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design efficient and scalable RPA solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior RPA developers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of coding standards and best practices for RPA development.
  • Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders, to align RPA initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Implement error-handling mechanisms and troubleshoot issues during development and production phases.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of RPA solution designs, development processes, and deployment procedures.
  • Develop training materials and provide knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed RPA solutions and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks and issues.
  • Implement security measures in RPA solutions to protect sensitive data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in RPA development (e.g., C#, Java).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automated solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • RPA certification from recognized vendors. Experience with additional automation technologies (e.g., OCR, NLP).
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts applicable to RPA.
  • Familiarity with process mining tools.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.

  • The salary range of this position is $130,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience and achievement.
