Job Title: Business Analyst (RPA) & (Healthcare)

Location: Dallas or Chicago (Remote)
 

Candidates Must Have Experience:

  1. Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies.
  2. Must come from Healthcare Background who has worked with RPA Tools within Medicare background
  3. Business Analyst who can work with and manage expectations of Business Teams & Development Teams
  4. Experience with creating both "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
  5. An understanding of how automation aligns with broader business objectives.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document detailed business requirements for the automation project.
  7. Evaluate existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and document current pain points.
  8. Design automated workflows that meet business needs and improve efficiency. This includes creating documentation like Process Design Documents (PDD).
  9. The ability to quickly identify and address issues. Effectively interact with both business and technical teams
