• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and evidence-based modalities.
• Provide direct therapy services through teletherapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
• Regularly establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapeutic activities and client interactions to meet ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and peer consultations.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • A current and valid state license in mental health counseling (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• A strong sense of organizational ability and time management to balance caseloads effectively.

• Prior experience in private practice or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities and approaches, particularly in treating anxiety and trauma.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
