- Own each provider process from first contact to approved repayment.
- Advance 20+ productive calls/day with real movement, not just activity.
- Navigate objections & escalations professionally and persistently.
- Document cleanly using compliant templates and Excel tracking.
- Work with urgency, strategy, accountability, and execution
- No cold calls - contacting medical providers

- Starting at $6000 bonus for $100K in monthly recoveries
