• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to inform the development of effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, including strategies for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure positive outcomes in their treatment journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may prefer or require virtual appointments, thereby expanding accessibility to our services.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Take part in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical methods.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each requiring a tailored approach to therapy that respects their individuality and personal experiences.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients through their challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and utilizing virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
• Prior work in a community health clinic or similar setting that emphasizes integrated care and collaboration.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other therapeutic modalities.
