POD Health is expanding-and we're excited to introduce Podiatry as our newest service line. We are seeking a highly motivated Podiatrist to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role that includes home visits, clinic visits, event-based care, and telehealth consultations.
We are highly flexible and open to hiring full-time or part-time providers (2-3 days per week).

Position title: Podiatrist (Non-Surgical)
Flexible • Remote + Field Visits • Full-Time or Part-Time (2-3 Days/Week)
What You'll Do:
  • Conduct home visits for patients requiring in-person podiatric care
  • See patients at one of our POD Health locations across the tri-state area
  • Attend community events, corporate wellness days, and pop-up clinics to provide on-site podiatry services
  • Perform virtual consultations, new-patient evaluations, and telehealth follow-up visits
  • Document all encounters in our streamlined, podiatry-friendly EMR
  • Provide treatment plans, prescriptions, and referrals as needed
  • Collaborate with our clinical and operations teams to support high-quality patient care across all service types

Who We're Looking For:
  • Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) with at least 1+ years of experience
  • Active New York podiatry license (additional tri-state licenses a plus)
  • Comfortable with telemedicine, mobile care, and multi-site practice
  • Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport
  • Interested in flexible scheduling and a dynamic care environment
  • Ideal for podiatrists seeking supplemental income or a full-time diversified clinical role

Compensation:
We offer multiple compensation models depending on your preference and availability:
Option 1 - Daily Rate
  • $600-$850 per day, depending on experience

Option 2 - Revenue Share
  • Open to a revenue share arrangement in addition to a smaller salary or daily rate (details to be discussed)
