Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
  • Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
  • Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
  • Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers
  • Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
  • Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings
