Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, creating personalized and effective treatment plans that promote healing and well-being.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique challenges presented by each client.
  • Engage in crisis intervention when clients present with acute psychological distress, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support.
  • Collaborate with an array of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure a unified approach to mental health care that supports seamless service delivery.
  • Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and lessen the stigma associated with seeking help.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a diverse array of clients, including children, teenagers, and adults grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong cultural competence that facilitates empathetic interactions with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities that ensure precise and timely record-keeping and documentation of client sessions and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient therapy settings or those who have worked in multidisciplinary teams. Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.
