Work Environment

This full-time position offers a flexible remote setting, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. The role comes with regular business hours and occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive mental health coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by clients.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's health are addressed.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute situations, demonstrating your expertise and compassion to support individuals during their most challenging moments.
• Engage in community outreach programs and mental health education initiatives that promote awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, including various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. As a therapist at Painless Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. Qualifications

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively support individuals from various backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage time effectively, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting. Prior experience working in community health clinics or similar environments will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our benefits package includes:
