DIRECTOR, CORPORATE STRATEGY - POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Helps define and leads corporate strategy initiatives practice wide .
  • Plays a leadership role in the IT, clinical and business initiatives of the Practice by leading the management of the development and execution of long-term plans and objectives.
  • Launches and maintains high priority strategic initiatives while working with the Practice's leaders, executives, and stakeholders
  • Screens, develops, and coordinates innovation partnerships (e.g., Pharma, AI, data, etc.)
  • Owns quantitative analysis of initiatives to make recommendations on profitability of opportunities
  • Provides short and long-term strategic recommendations to the Practice's leadership teams
  • Works on special projects, including board strategy sessions and internal market development strategies and priorities
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with an MBA highly preferred
  • 5+ years of overall healthcare operations experience
  • Strategy Consulting Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of consulting experience at a top tier management consulting firm.
  • Relevant Industry Experience:The ideal candidate will have been exposed to multiple disciplines within healthcare and/or life sciences. Examples may include payor, provider, pharma, med tech, bio tech, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare technology. Examples may include EMR/EHR, PACs imaging, payment tech, etc.
  • Relevant Project experience: The ideal candidate will have spent time focused on projects in both growth strategy as well as operations
  • Structured and Logical Thinking: The ability to identify problems, and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for analysis, and created structured plans against which to execute.
  • Analytical Aptitude: The ability to manage highly complicated quantitative analysis in a defect-free manner. Mastery of MS Excel.
  • Executive Communication: The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally.
  • Cultural Fit: The ideal candidate will be analytical, team oriented, and possess the ability to build relationships across the organization.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $145,000-$180,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
