Location: 5800 North Hampton Blvd, Norfolk, VA

Hybrid This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager II, Medicaid PBM Sales Support leads a team of Medicaid PBM account managers supporting various markets.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops processes for consistency.

  • Manages sales support activities which may include one or more of the following , sales support staff, field service, sales training and technology, broker administration, proposals, product development, or material distribution.

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Health insurance experience preferred.

  • Prior PBM and Medicaid Program Experience

  • Prior Leadership experience overseeing direct reports
