At Pro Active Pest Control, our Specialty Division plays a major role in helping customers protect their homes and businesses while supporting the continued growth of our company. As an Outside Salesperson, you will serve as the face of Pro Active Pest Control in the field by evaluating customer properties, identifying service opportunities, educating customers, and providing accurate and professional quotes for specialty services. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.This role requires strong sales ability, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while helping grow the Specialty Division and overall company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate residential and commercial properties for specialty pest control services
  • Prepare and present accurate service quotes and recommendations
  • Generate leads and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Perform assigned services in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Close out service tickets accurately and timely using company systems
  • Coordinate and schedule required third-party services including insulation and fumigation
  • Complete and submit required fumigation documentation and Notices of Completion (NOC)
  • Follow company routing procedures, SOPs, and batting order expectations
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers throughout the service process
  • Participate in scheduled workdays, including Saturdays and adjusted schedules based on business needs
  • Support company events, lawn shows, marketing events, and special projects as assigned
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle at all times
  • Maintain compliance with all company safety standards and licensing requirements

Compensation

This is a exempt salary position - Compensation includes a base salary plus commission opportunities.

Expected Total Compensation Range: $70,000 $120,000+ annually depending on production and sales performance. Commission and incentive opportunities are based on company bonus/commission plans and performance metrics.
