  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted resource for customers using the software application.
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Building Performance & Optimization

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across building portfolios using analytics and engineering judgment.

Reporting & Communication
  • Deliver clear, compelling reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
  • Support internal teams and contribute to Ameresco's culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (engineering or related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in building systems, energy management, or performance engineering.
  • Strong working knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC systems, HVAC controls, and cooling plants.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing (travel may be required).

Additional Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving HVAC and central plant performance issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical presentations.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate challenges and conflict professionally and transparently.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and strong Excel skills
  • Prior customer-facing or consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with analytics-driven FDD or building performance platforms.
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, performance contracting, or operational excellence initiatives.
