• Expert with Dynatrace, Pingdom and AWS based monitoring
• Experience defining and creating operational dashboards
• Monitoring and alerting on all elements of a web architecture
• Integrating into OpsGenie for production support
• Experience with JIRA
• Broad understanding of web traffic, how to pattern the traffic and how to visualize the traffic in dashboards.
