About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Operations to lead and execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives across SEO, content, growth, and marketing operations.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines strategic marketing thinking with strong execution capabilities across technical SEO, content production, digital growth, and operational management.
You will be responsible for driving organic growth, managing marketing systems and workflows, overseeing website and SEO initiatives, coordinating campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to improve speed, scalability, and marketing performance.
The ideal candidate is highly proactive, execution-focused, AI-driven, and capable of independently building and managing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels
  • Drive organic growth strategies across SEO, content, and digital marketing efforts
  • Coordinate and manage ongoing marketing campaigns and operational priorities
  • Support revenue-focused marketing initiatives and performance tracking
Content & Social Media Management
  • Create and oversee daily social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Produce or manage high-quality content including blogs, articles, PR outreach, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure visually engaging and brand-aligned content

SEO & Website Management
  • Lead Technical SEO initiatives including on-page optimization, audits, backlink strategies, and organic growth planning
