Tactical Distributors is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue and data into decisions.
This role owns the full performance ecosystem. Paid media, technical SEO, product feeds, email segmentation, and the systems that make it all work. You are not just running ads. You are driving growth across every acquisition channel while tightening efficiency and pushing scale.

What You’ll Own
Paid Media Strategy and Execution
Own and optimize all paid acquisition channels:
  • Google Ads including Performance Max, Search, and Shopping
  • Google Merchant Center and product feed performance
  • Meta Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
  • Reddit Ads
  • Shop Campaigns and emerging platforms

Responsibilities include:
  • Budget allocation and scaling strategy
  • Campaign structure, bidding, and targeting
  • Creative testing in partnership with design and content teams
  • Daily performance monitoring and optimization

Product Feed and Shopping Optimization
  • Own Google Merchant Center performance and health
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, and categorization
  • Improve feed structure for Shopping, PMax, and Microsoft Ads
  • Troubleshoot disapprovals and feed errors
  • Align feed strategy with SEO and overall performance goals

Technical SEO and Search Visibility
Lead all SEO efforts with a strong technical foundation:
  • Own Semrush and Google Search Console workflows
  • Monitor indexing, crawlability, and site health
  • Manage and maintain backlink profile including disavow strategy
  • Build and execute backlinking initiatives
  • Identify keyword opportunities and content gaps

AI Search and Future-Focused Optimization
  • Lead AI search optimization strategy across emerging platforms
  • Optimize product and collection content for AI-driven discovery
  • Ensure structured data and on-site content support AI indexing
  • Stay ahead of search trends and adapt quickly

Email and SMS Performance Oversight
  • Ensure email and SMS marketing follows platform rules and compliance standards
  • Oversee segmentation strategy for lifecycle marketing
  • Partner with the email team to improve performance, AOV, and retention
  • Align paid acquisition with retention flows for full-funnel performance

Analytics, Reporting, and Forecasting
  • Track and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
  • Build monthly performance reports
  • Forecast revenue and scaling opportunities
  • Use data to guide budget decisions and campaign direction
What You Bring
  • 4+ years in ecommerce performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing high-spend paid media accounts
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Performance Max
  • Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds
  • Strong working knowledge of Semrush and Google Search Console
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising and expanding into new channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO, backlinking, and technical site health
