Aquent is partnering with a leading legal firm dedicated to advocating for employees in critical workplace matters, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. This firm is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing to make an immediate and significant impact.
The ideal candidate is a visionary and hands-on leader to spearhead the digital expansion of both the firm's client acquisition efforts and its influential national education platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to build and operate a high-impact digital growth engine, directly contributing to the firm's ambitious goal of doubling its annual revenue. You will be instrumental in expanding reach, audience, and authority, driving significant growth through innovative content, media, and digital acquisition strategies, ultimately empowering more individuals with essential knowledge and legal support.
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Client Acquisition & Performance

  • GEO Targeting: Implement aggressive geographic search strategies across priority national markets.
  • Technical Authority: Manage structured data, schema markup, and backlink strategies to establish the firm as the #1 online authority for workplace rights.
3. Multi-Channel Content Production
  • Content Factory: Oversee a continuous production system for long-form legal articles, educational resources, and search-driven Q&A.
  • Media Presence: Manage the production and distribution of podcasts, webinars, and short-form video (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Social Growth: Drive audience growth and engagement across all major social platforms to fuel top-of-funnel awareness.
4. MarTech, Data & Analytics
  • Infrastructure: Implement and manage the stack (CRM, CallRail, etc.) to ensure every lead is tracked and attributed.
