About the Role
The Business Development Advisor drives growth for Home Instead Seattle by expanding referral networks, converting inbound leads, and representing our mission of compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors. This role is ideal for a confident, results-driven sales professional who excels at converting inbound leads and maintaining consistent follow-up. You'll focus primarily on digital leads from Google and web traffic, turning inquiries into active clients and maximizing marketing ROI through a disciplined, conversion-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and convert new client leads into active services.
  • Follow up promptly and persistently on all leads from every source-primarily online inquiries, digital campaigns, and community referrals-to maximize marketing investment and ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in Salesforce with timely updates.
  • Collaborate with client care and outside sales team.
  • Use social media, video, and podcast platforms to strengthen brand awareness and community trust.

Qualifications (High-Performance / Results-Driven)
  • 2-3+ years of documented sales success with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets (healthcare, home care, or senior services strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage and convert high-volume leads from multiple sources into measurable revenue and growth.
  • Disciplined and consistent follow-up skills with the confidence to drive conversations to clear outcomes.
