Position Overview
River City Security & Investigations (RCSI) is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Officer for weekend day shift coverage (12-hour shifts). This role is ideal for someone who wants steady weekend hours, a calm but consistent work environment, and the ability to be the eyes and ears of the property during daytime operations.
You'll represent the company, maintain professionalism, and ensure clients have reliable weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol assigned property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards
  • Maintain clear visibility and provide a professional customer-service presence
  • Control access to buildings or areas as required by the site
  • Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports using company software
  • Follow all site-specific protocols and RCSI policies
Requirements
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available for 12-hour shifts every weekend
