Sanford, NC | HOA Community

We are seeking a professional and experienced Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a residential HOA community in Sanford, North Carolina. This leadership position is responsible for managing daily security activities, ensuring site coverage, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and visitors.

Position Details
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Sanford, NC
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid North Carolina Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) required
  • Prior security experience required
  • Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred
  • Experience in HOA communities, residential security, gate access control, or similar environments strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to lead a team while maintaining a professional presence
  • Proficiency with incident reporting and basic computer applications
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Essential Duties
  • Supervise and support on-site security personnel
