What We're Looking For:

  • Construction experience or bandsaw operation preferred
  • Ability to operate, adjust, and maintain power tools
  • Basic math skills for measurements and tracking
  • A strong work ethic and team-player attitude

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a Smart Saw to repair pallets
  • Adjust machines, change blades, and follow safety procedures
  • Lift and maneuver pallets (75-85 lbs.) throughout your shift
  • Keep up with fast-paced production while maintaining quality.
  • Track production records and organize recovered materials
  • Maintain a clean work area and restock lumber
  • Be ready for overtime and occasional Saturdays (extra $$!)
