As an LMFT at Relationship Revive Therapy, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments for couples and individual clients to formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts, and emotional barriers.
• Providing individual therapy sessions focusing on a range of challenges, including adjustment issues related to divorce or separation, grief, and loss.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to address alcohol abuse, family conflicts, and psychological stressors.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment approaches and support community health initiatives.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes while complying with all relevant regulations and organizational standards.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to keep skills current and contribute to the organization’s mission effectively.

Your work as an LMFT will primarily involve engaging with a diverse patient population, including:

• Couples experiencing relational conflicts or communication issues.
• Families dealing with blended family dynamics and transitional challenges.
• Individuals seeking support for grief, loss, or emotional distress.
• Children and adolescents navigating early life challenges and family interactions.

You will focus on providing a safe and supportive environment by employing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to develop rapport with clients.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for improving mental health outcomes.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital technology for remote service delivery.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates may possess:

• Experience working within a community health clinic or similar therapeutic environment.
• Expertise in family therapy with a focus on managing complex familial issues.
• A background in working with diverse populations, particularly in managing trauma-related counseling.
• Flexibility in availability, with a willingness to handle a caseload of 30+ hours per week.
