• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual clients.
• Document clinical findings, treatment progress, and ongoing assessments with precision, ensuring all records comply with relevant regulations.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality care.
• Educate and support patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and treatment options.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on advancements in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and strengths. Your ability to empathize and adapt your therapeutic interventions will be crucial to their success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specializing in psychotherapy.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaborative problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment.
