We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team.

As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential Small Business leads. Your primary focus will be to engage with decision-makers in B2B environments, build relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, skilled  appointment setter  using Telephone , email  , social media  tenacious, and passionate about sales, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of Michigan's   Small Businesses .

**Key Responsibilities:**

++  SE Michigan based 

- **Lead Generation:** Research and identify potential clients using various tools and platforms to create a robust pipeline of leads. Direct Phone , Email and Social Media 
- **Outbound Outreach:** Conduct proactive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage prospects and nurture relationships.

- **Qualifying Leads:** Assess leads to determine their fit and readiness for our products/services, ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.

- **Appointment Setting:** Schedule and confirm meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team to facilitate further discussions and demonstrations.

- **CRM Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system, tracking the status of leads and activities.

- **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, identify target markets, and design campaigns to attract and retain leads.

- **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets, providing regular updates to management on performance.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, telephone appointment setter , business development, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g.,  Clarity Soft ) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
