Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is seeking an Oracle Database Lead with MySQL to manage and optimize enterprise database environments. The role involves hands-on experience with MySQL and Oracle databases, focusing on performance tuning, data modeling, and supporting production databases.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with MySQL and Oracle databases in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in: Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• MySQL SQL, stored procedures, and indexing
• Proven experience in database performance tuning and optimization
• Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database design
• Experience with backup, recovery, replication, and high availability solutions
• Hands-on experience supporting production databases with SLAs
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Aurora, Oracle on cloud, Azure DB services)
• Exposure to database migration tools or replication (e.g., GoldenGate)
• Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and automation for database deployments
