Caring Life Counseling, LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This role is completely remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to provide therapy from the comfort of their home or any location that meets their needs. Expected to maintain professional conduct and create a therapeutic alliance, you will adapt to various client situations while fulfilling your role effectively within a distributed team of professionals.

• You will provide both individual and group therapy sessions for clients, utilizing your expertise to develop tailored therapeutic plans aimed at addressing specific mental health issues.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with company protocols and state licensing requirements.
• Participate actively in unit programming and in-house training initiatives, contributing ideas for skill development and best practices.
• Engage in proactive communication with interdisciplinary teams, attending regular meetings to discuss patient recovery plans and ensuring integrated care efforts.
• Consult with treatment teams to devise comprehensive treatment plans, staying abreast of each client's needs and progress.
• Complete related assignments that support client care and operational efficiency, which may include research, outreach activities, or community engagement efforts.

In this role, you will primarily engage with clients dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and a range of other mental health conditions. Your understanding of diverse backgrounds and sensitivity to various cultural factors will be essential in establishing trust and lending support to each individual in their recovery journey.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly desirable.
• You should possess a strong foundational knowledge of psychopharmacology and demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals.
