Job Summary:
SYSCOM, Inc. is a US-based company providing specialized information technology resources. They are seeking an experienced Tungsten (Kofax) Capture Consultant to manage, configure, and support document capture and automation platforms, focusing on system administration, application support, and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain Tunsgten/Kofax environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability
• Perform upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery
• Configure capture workflows, batch classes, queues, and job profiles
• Maintain KTM projects (OCR, classification, extraction rules)
• Optimize recognition accuracy and processing efficiency
• Manage users, roles, and permissions
• Enforce security policies and integrate with Active Directory
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Monitor logs, queues, and batch processing
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, OCR issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate vendor escalations
• Support integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), ECM (SharePoint, FileNet, OnBase), and databases/web services
• Maintain export connectors and ensure data accuracy across systems

Qualifications:
Required:
• Seven (7) years’ experience with Tungsten / Kofax Capture & KTM
• Windows Server administration
• Three (3) years of SQL Server experience
• Three (3) years’ experience with scripting (VBScript, C#, .NET concepts)
• Five (5) years of OCR/ICR and document management systems experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience working with business users and developers
• Familiarity with change management processes
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field
Preferred:
• 10+ years of Tungsten/Kofax Administration experience
• Kofax TotalAgility and/or Kofax RPA
• RPA bot management, scheduling, and monitoring
• Experience optimizing automation workflows and supporting AI/ML-based document processing
