Hiring: Release Manager (Salesforce SaaS)
Location: Remote | Full-Time
Experience: 9+ Years | Timezone: PST Hours
We are hiring an experienced Release Manager to own end-to-end release governance for our Salesforce-based SaaS platform. The role focuses on release planning, Salesforce deployments, Git governance, PR quality control, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce releases, deployments, cutovers, approvals, and release calendars.
Review Salesforce PRs, metadata, Flow XML, and assess deployment impact.
Own Git branching strategy, merge processes, commit standards, and conflict resolution.
Act as PR gatekeeper ensuring code quality and release readiness.
Validate deployment stability across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and offshore teams.
Required Skills:
9+ years in Release Management / DevOps / Software Delivery
Strong Salesforce deployment experience
Advanced Git, CI/CD, and Agile experience
Experience with PR governance and release processes
Strong ownership and stakeholder communication skills
