Astute Business Solutions is an Oracle Cloud partner and PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, and Banner consulting firm based in Dublin, CA. Astute is currently looking to hire an offshore JD Edwards Techno Functional Consultant.

Job Title: Offshore JD Edwards (JDE) TechnoFunctional Consultant - AP/PO & Orchestrator Integration

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Pay Range: $15-$25 per hr

Position Type: PartTime(Remote)

Position Summary

The organization is seeking an experienced JD Edwards TechnoFunctional Consultant with strong expertise in the Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement/ Purchase Order (PO) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional knowledge and technical proficiency, including hands-on experience developing REST APIs using JDE Orchestrator and integrating JD Edwards with thirdparty systems.

This role will support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and operational stability of the JDE EnterpriseOne platform while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technofunctional support for JDE EnterpriseOne AP and PO modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Orchestrations, Service Requests, Rules, and Notifications within JDE Orchestrator.

  • Build and maintain REST API integrations between JDE and external applications.

  • Support endtoend AP and PO workflows, including invoice processing, supplier management, and procurement operations.

  • Develop and maintain JDE objects, including UDOs, UBEs, BSFNs, and related components as needed.

  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles, and production support activities.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, documentation requirements, and change management processes.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

  • Strong technofunctional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement/PO modules.

  • Demonstrated experience developing REST APIs and integrations using JDE Orchestrator and AIS Server.

  • Proficiency in JDE table structures, UBE development, BSFN logic, and UDO framework.

  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend effective solutions.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JDE security, workflow, and E1 Pages.

  • Familiarity with cloud integration patterns (OCI, Azure, AWS).

  • Exposure to AP automation tools or supplier portal integrations.

  • Experience supporting JDE upgrades or migration initiatives.
