•          Must have solid experience with onsite offshore model currently as this is an Onsite Offshore Coordinator role..

Job Description:

10+ years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance

Self-starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management

Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team

Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within Onsite/Offshore and Team in Mexico

Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies

As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles

Should have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances
