Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Data Analysts (Logistics, Bulk Mail, & Postal Optimization Specialist) for our Romeoville client.

Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00am - 5:30pm and 9:00am - 5:30pm

Pay: $21.63 - $28.85 per hour

Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with expertise in logistics, bulk mail operations, postal optimization, and bulk mail consolidation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret high-volume data files, ensuring accuracy through data cleansing and manipulation
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare, analyze, and present data for client needs
  • Leverage Power BI and Power Query (preferred) for advanced reporting and visualization
  • Understand and apply Postal Standards, Postal Optimization strategies, and Bulk Mail Consolidation techniques to optimize mail sorting and client efficiency
  • Work with Mail.Dat files to validate and structure data while providing clients with cost-efficient strategies for methods of shipment, data sorting, postal optimization solutions, bulk mail operations, and projections for future contracts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data delivery and actionable client insights

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, specifically working with high-volume data files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation
  • Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus
  • In-depth understanding of Bulk Mail operations, Postal Standards, Postal Optimization strategies, and Bulk Mail Consolidation techniques
  • Familiarity with Mail.Dat files and their practical applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful strategies
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
