Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, accurately identifying their challenges, strengths, and goals.
  • Deliver engaging and effective individual therapy sessions addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based interventions and specific, measurable objectives to facilitate progress.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stabilization through skilled de-escalation strategies.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and pertinent community resources to help them navigate their journey to recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state regulations. This includes assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation of outcomes.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical guidelines within the counseling profession, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent are prioritized in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence while providing services to diverse populations, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients.
  • Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that effectively addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Qualifications
