  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to guide clients towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, psychiatrists, and support staff to provide holistic care and comprehensive treatment plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will require sensitivity and adaptability to cater to different backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood.

Qualifications
  • A relevant master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling, with a strong emphasis on working directly with individuals in a therapeutic setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

  • Unlimited access to client referrals, maximizing your potential for successful client outcomes.
  • Focus on client care as we manage administrative responsibilities such as billing and paperwork.
  • Flexible scheduling options to promote work-life balance.
  • Paid time off (PTO), including holidays to ensure you maintain wellbeing.
