โ€ข Weekly/biweekly Maintain LOGS,
โ€ข Monthly Travel Record all travel Updates/Log
โ€ข Work Force = Update director change, email change, ect.
โ€ข Clearing House = Look up BGS to assist Specialist & Supervisor
โ€ข HHS Summary Report = This report is due on the 1st of every month
โ€ข Law Enforcement Report = Law Enforcement inquire report for Family/ Daycares information
โ€ข Screen and transfer Calls.
โ€ข Maintain Documents & Log System on Share Drive Up to Date.
โ€ข Voicemail & Emails check throughout the day.
โ€ข Complaint Intake.
โ€ข Prioritize work assignments as required.
โ€ข Interview Packets, Schedule meeting room โ€ข Providers Training Certificates, Register List Meeting minutes, (assign by Supervisor)
