• Deliver engaging and empathetic virtual counseling services to individual clients, couples, and families addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.
• Utilize various teletherapy platforms to maintain consistent communication and support during each session.
• Continuously maintain accurate progress notes and documentation compliant with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care and accountability.
• Make informed referrals to other specialists or resources as needed, based on clinical judgment and the best interests of the client.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and transitional life challenges. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering an open and supportive environment that encourages growth and recovery.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct mental health counseling, including demonstrable experience in a remote setting.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain thorough documentation and treatment records.
