Job description

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Integrated Business Planning Analyst! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

The IBP Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from integrated business planning functions. You will collect business data, perform necessary calculations, and apply analyses to business projects. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Manufacturing, to support IBP planning processes and ad hoc analyses as required.

A Day in the Life...

Collects data and performs metric calculations.
Consolidates and distills data from multiple sources/teams: sales, inventory, etc.
Keeps cross-functional projects organized; oversees and owns communication with cross-functional teams.
Supports & participates in integrated business planning process.
Executes ad hoc analysis and requests as required.

SAP experienced preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

Highly proficient with Microsoft suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proven analytical skills that can both address business questions as well as discover issues from data Exceptional communication and organizational skills Solid problem solving skills PowerBI and data visualization experience a plus Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years business analytics experience

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 1 Year of Experience

Annual Salary:

$59,100 - $81,290
