Summer Internship- 8-10 week program

Location:

This internship will follow an in-office work model in various office locations.

ONE, NA does not offer remote internships.

Internship Summary:

This internship is designed for students who have an interest in ONE, NA, international business, and/or the supply chain industry. It is available to applicants who are open to various opportunities at ONE, NA, and those interested in learning more about how academic studies may transfer into a corporate environment. Interns will spend the duration of their program working in at least one of ONEโ€™s departments.

Available Departments:

ONE, NA has more than 900 employees in our North America region and offers a variety of career paths. Interns will be placed in one of the following divisions based on their competencies and academic studies:

  • Corporate & Innovation (Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Internal Audit)

  • Marketing & Commercial (Cargo Management, Marketing & Sales, Strategic Yield Management)

  • Product & Network (Marine & Planning, Inland Network, Terminal Management)

Internship Objectives

TBD by VP/applicable management

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Desire to grow and expand your hands-on learning experience

  • Availability & willingness for self-development

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize

  • Proficient with Google products, Microsoft Excel, and/or other analytical tools

  • Ability to evaluate data, analyze, and problem-solve

  • Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Be a US citizen or a permanent US resident

  • Be at least 18 years of age by the start of their employment/internship

  • As of May 2025, be a rising junior (3rd year) or senior (4th year) enrolled in an undergraduate program in an accredited four-year college/university

  • Graduate students are eligible to apply

  • Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale

At least 1 year of work experience or equivalent academic experience

Required Minimum Education:

Highschool diploma

Enrolled in a college program
