What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for country-level IT systems and services with a strong focus on Network management in a Cisco CLI environment

  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents to ensure stable and reliable IT operations

  • Configure and coordinate the installation or replacement of network infrastructure components at our remote locations. Occasional travel within the DFW area is required.

  • Participate in IT and business-initiated projects. Occasional travel to remote sites within the USA and Canada is required.

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify and address operational needs

  • Support rollout and adoption of IT standards, processes, and tools across locations

  • Track service performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist with change, incident, and problem management activities

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to support network and newsite implementations, assisting with deployment activities and resolving technical issues as they arise

  • Document procedures, solutions, and operational best practices

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of IT operations, service management, and network infrastructure support

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience in a Microsoft Windows/Cisco networking environment

  • CCNA certification or equivalent experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze network issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions

  • Clear and inclusive communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed environment

  • Experience collaborating across teams to achieve shared operational goals

  • Comfort working with service management tools, ticketing systems, monitoring platforms, and documentation

  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through

Work Environment

This role operates in a collaborative, hybrid-oriented environment supporting multiple sites and teams. The position may involve coordinating across time zones, occasional travel, and on-call or after-hours support aligned with business needs.
