We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join an internal technology team in Dallas, Texas, providing hands-on support to employees and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, working directly with users, and supporting Microsoft-based environments. The role also offers the chance to broaden your experience over time by contributing to infrastructure, security, and core systems support.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line assistance for desktops, laptops, Windows systems, and commonly used business software.
• Maintain and support Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, connectivity, and user account access.
• Set up and support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and collaboration tools such as Teams and Webex.
• Coordinate user onboarding activities, manage account-related tasks, and assist with everyday IT operational needs.
• Create and update clear technical documentation for incidents, fixes, and standard support processes.
• Work closely with employees across departments to provide responsive service and a strong end-user support experience.
• Contribute to broader IT efforts by assisting with server support, backup processes, security-focused tasks, and infrastructure maintenance as responsibilities expand.• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, or a similar technical support role.
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments in a business setting.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Outlook, and general end-user device support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
