Role: Data Center Technician (L1 / L2)

Location: Abernathy, TX

For L1 Role we need cabling experience

For L2 role we need Network support expereince

About the Role

Join our Datacenter Operations team to deploy and operate hyperscale data centers powering cutting-edge AI workloads. You will take onsite ownership of hardware fleet operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliable infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, rack, stack, and deploy server and networking hardware.
  • Manage cabling (copper/fiber), including labeling, routing, and testing.
  • Perform server tray swaps, component replacements, and break/fix tasks.
  • Respond to incidents, troubleshoot connectivity, and meet strict SLAs.
  • Track inventory and log maintenance activities in internal systems.
  • Participate in rotating shifts or on-call coverage for 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

  • Basic: High school diploma (or equivalent), foundational knowledge of PC/server hardware and networking, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail.
  • Preferred: 1+ years in IT support, data center ops, or computer repair; familiarity with ticketing systems, asset tracking, or Linux command-line; CompTIA A+ / Network+ certifications.
