• Conduct initial intake assessments with new clients to thoroughly understand their individual challenges and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the cultural and emotional backgrounds of clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through effective talk therapy techniques, while promoting adaptive behaviors that lead to sustainable improvements.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of treatment progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as required to enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients on the emotional and financial commitments involved in their treatment journey.
• Encourage self-reflection and constructive coping strategies, ensuring a supportive space for clients to grow.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress, facilitating comprehensive communication with our administrative team to streamline billing and documentation processes.

• A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• You must hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
