Responsibilities

As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, management, and ongoing support of enterprise endpoint systems across the organization. This role provides advanced technical expertise in Windows endpoint management, systems administration, application deployment, security controls, and device lifecycle operations. The position plays a critical role in maintaining standardized, secure, and reliable end-user computing platforms at scale.

In addition, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain standardized Windows OS configurations for enterprise endpoint devices.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoint configuration, applications, and updates using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune), SCCM, and related tooling.
  • Administer mobile device management (MDM) and cloud-based device management solutions using InTune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox.
  • Monitor and remediate endpoint health issues, including SCCM client health, InTune enrollment failures, and configuration drift.
  • Work with project managers, and infrastructure teams to implement system updates, new applications, and environment improvements.
  • Implement and support endpoint security controls, including full-disk encryption, device compliance policies.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complete endpoint, OS, and application issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures related to endpoint and systems management.
  • Participate in enterprise IT initiatives, pilots, and remediation projects related to endpoint modernization and security hardening.
  • Ability to work efficiently alone or with a team in a remote environment.

  • Protect access credentials and handle sensitive data appropriately
  • Participate in security awareness training and periodic compliance reviews

  • Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) strongly preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in advanced IT Support or related roles in an enterprise environment.
  • Advanced experience in Windows endpoint administration within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft InTune, SCCM, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Experience with OS imaging, application packaging, and patch management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, applications, and device configurations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in working sessions and manage multiple projects at once.
